About 1 table. B.C

man from oppida envy

The reconstruction was created for the Celtic exhibition in the National Museum. A pit with a human skull was found in the northeastern part of the oppida. This find has been interpreted as an Idaic trophy that may have been placed on the gate. The skull belonged to a man in his 40s. Impressive blows with a blunt object are visible on the skull. Signs of bone healing indicate that the man lived with the injury for several days to weeks. The lower jaw was not found with the skull.
